What can you accomplish in 4 months?

This was the original concept behind The Pursuit of Movement. It started as a self-challenge to see what physical goals I was still capable of achieving as an adult. I picked a handful of moves or physical skills that required balance, strength, flexibility, and body awareness and committed myself to learning them in 4 months time.
